"If this location's GP went down, it's because the customer can't get to anything they want to buy. I've visited this location 3 times in one month and the aisles were always PACKED/BLOCKED by stocking boxes. And the staff is walking around like this is the normal way to do business. All 3 times, my trip was wasted because I had no access to a shelf. If this is management's decision to keep the boxes out in the customer's way instead of storing them in the back until you've hired someone who can stock the product on the shelves (or until you have room on the shelves for the product), shame on them. Terrible experience!"
