"Dr. Chang is not professional, uncaring and condescending attitudes by saying to her patient: "You are NOT dying"; Regardless the situation, such comment is uncalled and not acceptable for a doctor. Whenever I see her during annual check up, she seems rushed and only repeats the obvious. She did not bother to explain the diet one should take to reduce cholesterol when the level is beyond the range. Her comment is" it is normal with your age. She does not give feedback of the result promptly. (a year later with colonoscopy). It appears she can't handle stress/pressure. She does not have a calm composure as the previous doctors I have seen. I will not see a doctor who seems stress-out and not give a calm demeanor to patients."
