"The office & medical staff at the holmdel location are great. I always had a good experience in the office. Their billing department on the other hand is a headache. My prior authorization for my iron infusions was not done correctly, resulting in me overpaying 900$ total for my treatments… I was over paying each visit for 5 visits. I was initially told I would receive a refund check in the mail in 2 weeks back in March 2023. I have now been trying to get a hold of their billing department for over 3 MONTHS to try to get an update on the money owed back to me for a mistake that was theirs to begin with. I would check with your insurance before you give this company any money."
