"Having been to several accountants on the island (names needn't be mentioned,) I'm beyond pleased with the service and outcome of JMS Tax Service, Inc. It has been a true pleasure working with the staff, who always answer my request(s) and/or return my calls. I have referred JMS to numerous people, and will continue to do so, as both an individual and business owner."
"If I could write a negative review for every unanswered message I've left for John since he incorrectly filed my taxes, causing me to incur hundreds of dollars in undeserved penalties, I would as of today be able to leave 6 one-star reviews. He made egregious errors on every single section of my tax return and has not returned my call in over a month and the receptionist is incredibly rude every single time I've spoken to her. Filing my taxes this year was an unmitigated disaster because of John's mistakes and I am still not done dealing with it (it is now JUNE) because neither he nor his receptionist sees fit to return my 2 phone messages and 4 emails that I left after receiving correspondence from the IRS requesting 'missing information' that I had in fact provided to John. The way this has been handled is unacceptable. Do not use JMS Tax Service. He should not be in business, or licensed as an accountant."
