"Completely unprofessional. Soon as I came in I understand the lady at the front desk was busy with a customer but afterwards when he left she chatted away about personal life anecdotes with who I am assuming is either a friend or other worker. Continues eating her banana and didn’t at any point make contact and say “I will be with you in one moment.” The gentleman in the back was moving boxes however I am also going to assume he did not work there since he too made eye contact with me but said nothing. There was also another lady in the back assuming she was busy who knew was what was going and did nothing. Overall I was appalled at the poor customer service. Save your time and go some place else unless you want to wait an eternity for them to take notice you are there."
