"Not the best customer service system. Waited outside with my mother who is a senior citizen for over 40 minutes. They really should put more effort in providing more adequate customer service like appointments only or at a minimum offer people chairs if they are going to wait for long periods of time."
"I was referred to Bob Muller tax preparator by a friend, everything went well when i went to do my tax untill almost 4 weeks after i still didn't get my return.. I called Joanne trying to get some answers about why my tax is delayed she said she would call me back at 7:30pm which she never did until i called 4 days after and let them know I'm coming in to the office if i can't get an answer, that's when Joanne call me back to let me know it was sent in on the 22nd which was 2 weeks after i filed my tax. I had to get out of character to get some info and for that reason i will not refer anyone and will not be using Bob Muller again."
"I've been with bob since 1987. (30yrs+) Do I have to say more?? Great professional person and (loyal) staff. Same staff for years, who I've gotten to know and trust with my info. They stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws. I can just drop off my papers and leave and receive a phone call when the paperwork is done.
