"Those who volunteer with The United Way to do Taxes are wonderful.. They give you an appointment when you can bring your information and meet with someone, in my case at The Interfaith Food Pantry. They look over and make copies of your papers and give them back to you. You are told you will hear from them in about two weeks. A phone call came about that time to schedule a time to sign and pick up my completed forms. There was no waiting, everyone was so helpful and pleasant.
