Reviews
"This pier is one of my favorite free spots to enjoy an amazing view of the Hudson River and the stunning skyline of New Jersey and Manhattan. It's especially breathtaking during sunset when the sky turns to hues of orange and pink. The best things in life are free, and this view is certainly one of them. The second best things can be very expensive. It is a special place for me due to proximity to my home and it's also my go to place to have a walk, jog or cycle along the river , which is incredibly soothing and rejuvenating. So, whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend taking a stroll down this pier and taking in the stunning sights of the city."
"Nice pier to walk on, has a water splash pad in the beginning of it, but was closed for the winter. End of pier has a few metal tables that has 4 chairs attached, good to sit, eat & look out at the water. Also quite a few bench seats all over. Entrance to Circle line is also there at beginning of pier. You can watch the boats go out & come in. There was also an outdoor bar with seating at the beginning of the pier. Kayak rental shop is also located on pier."
"Walked my dog here with my boyfriend. The peir offers spectacular skyline views. Really close to the intrepid museum. The park has plenty of seating & modern outdoor facilities."
"Nice place to relax and enjoy nicer weather with great backdrops of the USS Intrepid and the Hudson. Also has a dog park, boathouse, seafood restaurant, and sprinklers (during warmer weather). It is easily accessible by nearby M42 and M50 busses, and is steps away attractions (Circle Line Tours and the Intrepid Air & Space Museum)."
"Love the view of the nearby intrepid. Also a much needed bathroom stop if you’re on a run/walk/bike ride along riverside. Dog park nearby and beautiful river views. Truly nothing to complain about, enjoy some photos I added."
