"I had no issue while there as the people were nice and cared. However, one day I was told that I had exceeded the insurance allowed visit limit and not to return until more visits were approved. They never called me, not even a month later. I opted for surgery, then decided to go to a different therapist at another location. A few days ago I received notification from my insurance that Richmond Rehab requested 18 more visits, despite my not being there over a month. A little odd if you ask me. You never called me back and are still trying to request more visits? What kind of operation are you running?"
