Edible Arrangements

"Placed order yestwrday for delivery for today and was coming out of Haddonfield, NJ store. Placed order online paid in full. Received confirmation email. Checked status of delivery on website says order placed and store recievd. NO ORDER WAS DELIVERED. No one called me, no one emailed me, no one answered the phone all day long kept going to voicemail. I couldn't attend a bday party so set a gift that never arrived. The WORST customer service ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM HADDONFIELD NJ STORE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Terrible...Requested refunded and website said a request was already sent for this order so wouldn't allow a 2nd...lol...OMG...SO ANNOYED..."

"This is my favorite location to come to, Ana was very sweet! She says she makes the fruit fresh everyday, she was very helpful and I work in customer service so I really appreciate when I receive good service back. The fruit is always good and I will continue to go to this store! You won’t regret it."

"I placed an order for Sunday pickup and even though my order was taken and the website and sign on the door says open Sundays 10-3, they were in fact closed. I called and called with no answer. I finally called the cherry hill store and they were able to transfer my order. The girl said this happens often! What kind of manager conducts business like this? It’s not hard to change your hours online; instead they give the vibe of not caring about their customers. Will never order from here again!"

My mother was very happy with the gift of Beautiful Flowers, Great tasting Chocolates, and wonderful cookies. I give them a 10 out of 10. Delivered on time, everything was as they said if not better.
