"it’s been weeks since I left a voicemail trying to figure out what is going on and who my new therapist will be. this place is GARBAGE and will only reach out to you when it’s about money. leaving it up to you, the patient, to call, to wait, to email, or figure it out. I am extremely disappointed in Insight Psychological Group because they have NOT helped me whatsoever regarding my therapy. my therapist left and I was reassigned to a therapist that I did not feel was the right fit for me.
