"This is a wonderfully convenient service with virtual help. My major gripe????? No show fees and cancellation fees. While I get it, constant cancellation is not good, but why punish everyone who has one time that they accidentally miss? I missed one appointment due to the flu and oversleeping and they charge a 150 dollar fee on top of not letting you schedule with the practice anymore. I have to talk to billing and they are nice so that is why 3 stars are being given, but the no show fee for one time is absolutely abysmal. What a way to trap someone in need. EDIT: After seeing others dealing with the same billing department nightmares with the life emergencies I was dealing with I just am heartbroken to see how little care there actually is. "Andre in scheduling is awesome. I love Dr. Lavania. I am well now, and able to seek advanced levels of treatment for trauma cause I feel stable enough to do so. No prescriber read my Nuevo testing report sent in. I’ve worked with many prescribers. I asked and many didn’t see it. I may have gotten on the right medication sooner, but who knows. My case is complex I’m very glad to be better now."

"I had a doctor a few years ago who was great and I tried to see her again this time and she was too booked out so I had to see another provider here. This provider sent two totally different medications to the pharmacy than what we had talked about. And it’s almost impossible to get in contact with her, so it’s going on 3 weeks without my medication thanks to her."

"Dianna Smith is AMAZING! I had just about given up on mental health providers till meeting her. She actually LISTENED to my concerns regarding the medications I was on and how they were making me feel. I had previously spoken to other providers, (not at this practice) and attempted to express my concerns about how my meds were hindering my ability to sleep and no longer helping with my anxiety but the doctor didn’t listen and didn’t even look at me during the visit which caused me to feel even more depressed. Then luckily I was scheduled with Ms. Dianna who genuinely cared, listened to my concerns and discussed different options. I’m starting to feel better and more confident that this new prescription will work better for me. I thank Dianna Smith so much for taking the time to do what unfortunately so many health professionals have stopped doing which is connecting with their patients. If you’re lucky to be scheduled with her you will receive quality care."

"Dr. Parveen is phenomenal. She is very comforting and does a great job. I wouldn’t change anything about her. Unfortunately, the office constantly makes things difficult because the billing is always an issue. They miss handle my payment sometimes charging me twice. The last three appointments that I have the wrong card was charged. After I have made numerous calls And have been told they would no longer charge the card they were using they still just do whatever is easy I guess. There needs to be a much better job with billing and bookkeeping. I have had multiple issues with both. A few months back it took me over a month and a half for my appointment to be made after they mistakenly canceled one of my appointments due to an improper billing situation. At some point it would be comforting, knowing that it’s not always about their pockets but yet the mental and physical well-being of their clients. That is my one major gripe with them."
