"Excellent customer service and accommodation!!! I had originally ordered from Telefora for flowers to be delivered later in the day; 4 hours later Teleflora called me to tell me they can't make the delivery today but they could do it tomorrow. I canceled and googled florists in the area. Luckily I came across Sparrows but even better I had a wonderful woman answer the phone and help me out. She contacted the deliver driver (while I was on the phone) to see if he would come back to do a delivery as he was done for the day. He said yes, I told her the flowers I wanted and she said NO PROBLEM; they will be delivered today. It was almost closing time and she was so patient with me and didn't rush me off the phone. I am so happy that I found them and they were able to delivery it today!! Wait....it gets better. I gave the wrong address and the woman at the florist went out of her way to google the name of the recipient and found the real address. It ended up my sister and the lady at the wrong address had the same first name and birthdays days apart. So, the lady answered and said, "my name is ***** my birthday is on Monday but I don't know the people these flowers are from." LOL. The woman at the the florist not only found the correct address of my sisters but is also sending the lady (who's address I gave but was wrong) flowers since she was honest in saying she didn't know who the flowers were from. You cannot make this up! LOL"
