"I just finished 12 weeks at Wantage Physical Rehabilitaion. After a total knee replacement. It was a pleasure to work with a group of professionals. JoEllen was on point with keeping me advancing with new exercises as needed. I feel the Hands-On ROM each time was a blessing. I always felt like I was getting stronger. Venice always found a way to accommodate my schedule. And the PT Assistant, Margie, keeps the room on track. There were times I felt they may have overscheduled patients, considering the staffing should include a larger overlap of Therapists in late morning to evening. They have added a part time assistant for Margie; however, they need her for more hours. This was my second Rehabilition here. I was here in 2022 and found the care to be excellent has well. However, it was not has over booked with patients. I would recommend, JoEllen anytime."
"The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the issue is there is only one therapist on duty at a time, with multiple clients on site, this is not sufficient to handle the amount of people that need services. There are long waits between exercises and therapies due to this. PLEASE, hire more therapists..it is sorely needed."
"Everyone working here from Denise at the front desk to both therapists and especially their "worker bee" Margie are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. JoEllen & Nidhi kept me progressing in my rehab and gave me valuable information about what to do (and not do!) outside of rehab to keep me strong & pain free. I recommend them."
