"If I could give this dump zero stars, I very much would considering the nasty, rude, and distasteful treatment by not only the female(s) at the front desk but also by the Veterinarian, who you think would express the most professionalism considering having to receive an education for this career. I highly advise the Vet to take a step down from this career choice if he thinks the way he approaches and talks to clients is acceptable, because it is ABSOLUTELY NOT. The attitudes and treatment presented within this facility by the staff is disgusting, and I can only imagine how they treat our innocent animals if they treat us humans like this. Let's talk about when this facility provided my family with the WRONG medication for our dog causing him to be sick and lethargic until WE had to take it upon ourselves to question the medication, and it was quickly taken back and replaced with the correct medication, all while claiming the wrong medication would not have affected my dog, but because of the severity of his symptoms we had to question what they gave us. So overall, beware of their mistakes and actions as it seems like they will become agitated, responses will be sharp, and they will not take accountability for their actions. My family has taken our dogs here for many years, and when Dr. Isabella Perez was the Veterinarian we NEVER had to deal with nonsense like we are now. She showed both her clients and their animals nothing but care, respect, kindness, consideration, and professionalism. Ever since she left, it has been nothing but stressful interactions with unprofessional staff. Oh and for the staff...remember, don't talk AT your clients but rather talk TO them. "I had a 6pm appointment for my Dachshund, not only was the wait time dreadful but the service was TERRIBLE. The tech or assistant, Stephanie was disgusting and she treated me poorly. She made multiple rude comments and slammed multiple items behind closed doors. I could hear her being disrespectful and aggravated while I waited in the examination room. Stephanie was upset because during my initial consultation she failed to go over all my previous paperwork and acknowledge all the shots my dog had been receiving. (She later had to rectify this when Dr. King informed her of the additional vaccines and test Dijon needed, which upset her) She zoned in on the expired rabies and another 1 year vaccine that I can not recall. She also tried to force the heart worm medication on my dog. I politely declined the heart worm medication, but still wanted my pup to be tested. I also heard Stephanie admitting she grabbed the wrong shots and now I am unsure if my dog received the proper treatments. Stephanie was so upset and frustrated that she could not perform. She was being so inappropriate that another coworker had to tell her to calm down. Dr King is awesome, she came in and treated my dog with care and was very educational. It is very unfortunate that Stephanie's behavior has overshadowed Dr. King's kindness and expertise. The receptionist, Shannon also documented my name wrong and my dog's information is incorrect on the Rabies Certificate. Now I have to return to get these items rectified. With all due respect, I do NOT recommend you bring your pet here. HORRIBLE 1ST TIME EXPERIENCE!"

"Dr King and staff are amazing. I took my sick baby there and they were so amazing to him. Kept him calm and treated us both very well. I got the test results quickly and the doctor answered all.of my questions"
