"Not only did they arrive a day late to the funeral home, I ordered the premium package on top of the two dozen, and I barely received a dozen and a half. Bad business for a delicate purpose. Seeking a partial refund - should have received 3 dozen fresh flowers but received less and they were dying. Ordered them to represent a group and never came close to meeting the quality that $150 should represent, which included premium level and 20% tip. Embarrassing. Bad business practice."
"Amazing experience!! I spoke with Handel over the phone and placed an order for same day flower delivery. He was SO nice, polite and accommodating! Made me feel like I was in great hands, and I sure was! He ask me what I liked, allowed me to text my preferences, and assured I would love what I received. I even asked to adjust a few flowers/colors and they happily obliged. They allowed me to pick any vase and were even as kind as to text me photos of every vase available and told me to chose whichever I liked. Easily added balloons and a card to my order. 100% trustworthy, reliable, and did an AMAZING amazing job with my order! I am so happy and can’t recommend this place enough! // Edit: I went in person today and my experience this time was even better! Everyone was super nice, so patient, accommodating, and make me 3 beautiful bouquets as I waited. The pricing was great and the quality of the flowers were superior. I did not feel rushed at all and had such a great experience. I’ll be coming here again and again!"
