"Ordered an arrangement for my fiance and when I received a photo from her- I was beyond embarrassed and mortified. It was mostly sticks, leaves, and unopened flowers. When I called to give them feedback, not to ask for my money back or exchange the arrangement, the owner became very defense and was very happily confident with his stick arrangement! Horrible experience- bad value, bad arrangement, bad customer service. Definitely never ordering from here again."
