"I received a BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements at my home delivered by an elderly women. I had to put my dog down that morning and it was bitter cold out. I wasn't home and spoke to her over RING camera. She insisted I get home soon because it was cold out. I was amazed when I viewed the video and saw this elderly women strength to walk up my stairs and make the delivery and how hard she knocked on the door when I initially didn't answer the door to ensure I received the flowers."

"So awful. Just cannot believe flowers were ordered and promised to a dear friend from her niece. The absolutely wrong flowers arrived after 9 pm on her birthday delivered by a very elderly woman. She had paid a lot for it, complained about what was sent and the time the next day. Well, an email was sent saying they would be there the next day…whew! Nice flowers that were ordered would finally show up! NO! they had the absolute GALL not to deliver what was paid for and the elderly woman knocked on the door and wanted the flowers BACK! Unreal! She handed them back! The niece got her money back but the planned lovely gift was ruined."

"I am writing to help anyone considering buying flowers from these people, to avoid the disappointment. My husband ordered the upgraded bouquet pictured below, and what I received was broken and old flowers, thrown in a vase with a scribbled note that could not be read. (Also pictured below) Being a retired florist, I was shocked that anyone would deliver this “garbage”…claiming that it matched the picture in the website exactly. These people are a disgrace to the profession…and their work is “gas station” quality at best."
