While the flowers were incredible , it looks like they had a third grader, write the sympathy/memory card. I don’t understand why this is, so I called the company today. Their response was: we are so sorry thanks for the feedback. While the flowers are beautiful , I would absolutely ask for the cards to be typed out like most florists do."
