"We called this morning for delivery of potted flowers to a close relative in South Orange. We caught Victor, owner of Victors Flowers, in a jovial mood on his way to the flower market to pick fresh new flowers for the day. After picking up a cup of coffee, he said. He asked us to call back upon his return. We called back and he guided us in flower selection. He said he'd deliver the flowers by 2 pm. They arrived by 12:30. We are delighted with the flower arrangement as in the attached photo."

When I called the florist to ask about the flowers dying so quickly I was met with a rude, unprofessional response. The person on the phone even went so far as to curse at me using the F word. I was shocked and appalled. Needless to say I will never use victors florist. Please save yourself. Do not buy anything from this company. Their product is bad and their service is horrendous."
