Thanks to his professionalism and excellent work ethic there was a safe, hospitable, and trusting environment built in our community. Despite serving in a higher (supervising/management) capacity throughout his time with our building’s Concierge service, Christian went above and beyond, often going out of his way to be extra serviceable with tasks such as helping with packages, doors, groceries, efficiently mediating and facilitating delivery issues, apartment accessibility and safety, etc. Always with an uplifting warm smile on his face, extreme politeness, and willingness to help.
