"I found Dr. Pagano after I moved down to Brick 4 years ago and I have no complaints. She makes me feel comfortable, she always answers my questions with a smile and doesn't make me feel rushed."

"As others have stated, I'd like to review the quality of care received but can only review the lack of care given. Waited over 3 months for a new patient appointment as she came recomended by a friend, only to have them cancel a few days before my appointment. Wasn't excited, I was really in need of this appointment and scheduled work around it, but asked to reschedule rather than cancel as my symptoms are increasing. I was told that it would be another 4 months before an open appointment was available. If you have to cancel on a patient last minute the least you can do is adjust your schedule to fit them in somewhere else, especially if they've waited months for you. I don't want someone whose going to treat me as disposable, so 3 months wasted and I get to start the search all over again. Should have paid attention to all the other reviews that state constant cancellations and reschedules are the norm. If you're looking for care and concern this doesn't seem like the place. No non-specialist is worth a 7 month wait and if you are so busy you can't keep your appointments, perhaps you should stop accepting new patients rather than wasting their time."

"I think Dr Pagano is great, however the office staff keeps messing up my appointments. This happened to me 3 times in the past 2 years i have been going there. I would schedule an appointment, a month before the appointment staff would call and reschedule, which is okay. Sometimes they call to reschedule twice, when I do show up for the appointment date they gave me, they tell me "oh your appointment is not today" this happened to me 3 times- Its a inconvenience, I have to take off work for these appointments, and the staff just don't care, they make you look like a liar and crazy person- Why would I show up, and take off work if I did not have an appointment, and why would they send me text as a "reminder" I do not recommend this office, front staff is not too friendly as well. Looking for a new OBGYN -"

"Dr. Ann Marie Pagano is one of the best doctors I know. I have been going to her office for 20 plus years. She is consistently friendly, thorough and honest. As need be, she gets back to you promptly. Wouldn't go to anyone else."

"I wish I could comment on the quality of Dr Pagano’s care in this review, however I never even made it in to the office to be treated. I scheduled my appointment in May and waited until July to go in, then the week of, I was informed that my appointment needed to be reschduled. Being a new patient I was understanding even though it was frustrating to have to get pushed back all the way to the end of September since I had already waited two months for my original appointment. What made me leave this review is that this is the week before that september appointment and again I am informed that my appointment needs to be rescheduled and now the next available date is the very end of october. I am looking for a new obgyn. I have health issues that I really wanted addressed and the fact that I would’ve waited FIVE MONTHS from when I originally reached out to this office really just throws my anxiety regarding my health into overdrive."
