"I would give him negative stars if i could. Been going to this guy for over 20 years. Didn't have a problem until the past couple years when he and his subpar staff made major errors on my returns and has refused to correct their mistakes! He has REFUSED to respond to my calls, voicemail and emails for almost a year to try to rectify it! It is THE MOST unprofessional treatment I have ever received. I have been with this clown for over 20 years and he treats a loyal customer with zero regard and zero respect AND completely messed up my taxes. It is quite disgusting. He and his staff made the error and they won't fix it. They had all the information and for some unknown reason they did not document it! Then they tried to blame me, the person who is not an accountant. On what planet does that make sense? They were so rude and unprofessional to me and I am still flabbergasted about the whole thing. I have to now pay a REAL professional who knows what he's doing to fix Louis Cannizzaro's mistake! I cannot believe this man, who has been in business all these years and who I have trusted and been loyal to all this time and have RECOMMENDED people to, would have the NERVE to treat me like this. I practically begged him to just fix it. However it happened, please just fix it. This man won't even respond to me. You should be EMBARRASSED LOU! YOUR BEHAVIOR TOWARD ME IS DESPICABLE! And Michelle is unprofessional and rude as well. AND he won't even refund the fees that I paid him since he didn't prepare my taxes accurately and correctly for 3 years! I should pay him for costing me a now exorbitant amount of money and getting flagged by the IRS??? Absolutely disgusting. So I would think twice before hiring and trusting this guy to prepare your taxes. He is incompetant, extremely rude, inept and unprofessional. He does not do the right thing by his clients. He will leave you out to dry if something goes awry. That is for sure! Beware ☠️"

"The person who prepared my father’s taxes had no access to previous returns before. This seems like someone who is not an accountant is practicing without a license. Usually he would pay but this time said he had a refund. I asked them to compare but Refused to look at it. While my father was dying from cancer I found remaining documents and asked them to file an amendment they refused. He should be reported for malpractice if not already."

"Lou is amazing! He has a wonderful bedside manner, treated me like family and really understands the laws to perfection. if anyone can help its LOU!! Would highly recommend Lou for all of your tax and financial planning needs."

"I have been seeing Lou for years and have never had an issue. This year I waited hours past my appointment time but my meeting with Lou was normal. Weeks went by and I never got my refund. I called and they advised that it had been accepted by the government via efile and I should receive it soon. I waited a few more weeks and called back. Apparently they screwed up the efiling. The woman at their office on the phone was extremely rude and borderline incompetent. They sent over an amendment and said it should fix the problem but I have not gotten a refund yet and I don't know if they even did that correctly. Lou looks like he has aged ten years since last tax season. He is overworked and getting sloppy because of it. Instead of cutting back on his workload he keeps up at this crazy pace and things are slipping through the cracks. Couple that with the fact that he and his staff are aggressive and unapologetic when they make errors and it creates a very bad situation. I would not use him again or recommend this office to anyone else."
