"A little pricey but owner pleasant and clothes nicely cleaned"

"They ruined my dress that just needed to be steamed. The owner claimed that it was dropped off with stains which is false. Plus real dry cleaners would have noticed and said something. They checked the dress when dropped off and did not say anything about a stain. I picked it up 2 hours before the wedding I had and there were steam stains all over the dress. I couldn’t wear my $200 dress because of the BLACK stains they left on my maroon dress. I called to complain and demanded a refund because the owner hung up on me 3 times in the middle of me talking. She was blaming me and taking zero accountability. She was not professional and extremely rude for disconnecting the phone since she didn’t wanna hear they ruined my dress. Such a bad business owner by hanging up on a customer that has gone there for years. I’ll never trust them with a piece of clothing again. The owner did a terrible job steaming, hung up not once but 3 times on a customer, & did not take responsibility ONCE. This picture is just one part of the dress they ruined but it was all over"
