"The most terrible accounting service I have received. They were not good at communications. Always delayed in email responding, never fully and clearly answered the questions I had. I ended paying over $6,000 for tax which was completely out of my expectation. They delayed my filing as well and didn't provide all the information I needed to know to file correctly. Everything was so unclear and was a mess. I had to pay penalties as well. They would not go out of their way to give you the maximum benefits you can claim. I do not recommend their service to anybody."

"I found Anna 5 years ago, when I had a complicated situation of being on a visa, but have been in US for too long to be a non-resident. Also I was on H1B and then to F1, my income changed from a wage to a stipend - an just to add some more complication, my home country had a tax treaty with the US. Turbotax told me I owed $4000 in taxes which couldn't have been true so I went to the local HR block and to my dismay, they didn't even recognize the forms that I was required to fill out.
