"The office has gone downhill since Dr. Schulze retired. 1.My first time seeing Dr. Kim, my annual pap was done incorrectly and they called me 15 min after leaving the office so I could come back and have the test done again. 2. On a different occasion, I called their emergency line with an extremely distressing issue and was told a doctor would call me back momentarily. They never called me back. 3. Went for my annual exam again this year. 2 weeks later, I called three times asking to be given my test results. No one ever called me back with them . Finally reached someone and not only were they unapologetic but they were condescending. And then they decided to stop talking altogether. I’m done here. This isn’t how you treat your patients."
