"Doctor doesn’t really care. Never really sits with you to explain or ask you questions. Also he is there only Mon Tue and it’s impossible to get appointments. And they never have next month’s calendar to book in advance. After 4-5 times I went there always on time ,I was late one time -literally 4 minutes -and they told me I had lost the appointment. Really???For 4 minutes? These people have no compassion or empathy. I don’t need the stress. I will find myself another doctor."

"Dr. Lieblich is awful. I was seven months pregnant and my baby was not moving. I called Sunday at 3 am. Dr lieblich was the on call doctor he didn’t seem to create an urgency he told me to “eat something sweet.”Later on Monday morning after once again noticing no movement I called the office and Dr. Stephanie Rivera urged me to go to the hospital. I had an emergency C section within 50 minutes. Two weeks post OP Dr.Lieblich was filling in for Dr. Rivera. I expressed that I felt sick. He again brushed me off, two days after I went to ER and was treated for kidney infection. I could have been treated earlier if he simply asked for a urine sample and/or blood work. Bottom line. Don’t waste your time seeing him. He will simply gaslight you."

"Dr. Lieblich is a great doctor. He is very thorough, listens to all your questions and concerns, and has a great bedside manner. I've seen a dozen (not even an exaggeration) other gynecologists in the area over the span of 5 years and Dr. Lieblich is the best of the best. Glad to have found a wonderful doctor!"

"I had an overall positive experience with Dr. Lieblich during the routine exam. He was very professional and spent a lot of time answering my questions (would give just the exam itself 4.5 stars). But, I was a bit annoyed when another patient who came in after me was called in ahead of me after being several hours late for her own appointment. Ended up seeing the doctor 15 minutes past my appt time as a result - no big deal though. The reason I am giving this office a 2 star review is because of the questionable customer service after my appt. I had an issue with my prescription - the insurer refused to cover the prescribed brand contraceptive so I needed the Doctor's office to call in a prior authorization. I had to literally talk the office rep through the process 3 times before it was submitted correctly and when it finally went through, it still got denied. At that point, it seemed like the office rep worked for the insurer rather than the Doctor (who should be an advocate for the patient not the insurer) as she tried to explain that I would have to switch to the insurer's preferred formulary drug. Unfortunately it didn't stop there. I asked to speak to the doctor to learn more about the difference in drug options and was never able to get a hold of the doctor. Apparently the receptionist took down the wrong number on Monday so the doctor left a message with the wrong person. I called again on Tuesday, and still no call back. Currently waiting for a call back on Wednesday (after calling the office 7 times in total!!!). I understand that mix-ups happen but the lack of remorse, concern and consideration on the part of the office reps really left a bad impression. I will not be returning to this office which is a shame because Dr. Lieblich was actually quite good."
