"I saw a lot of reviews complaining about wait time, but in my experience the wait time was reasonable. Big complaint I have was submitting the paperwork online. You had to download it and then upload it and even with my pdf reader/editor the formatting was glitchy. It would be better if you could fill out the paperwork directly on their website. Also, it took three days of phone tag before I could finally get an appointment which was very stressful. However, the office staff, at least at the Parsippany office where I went, were friendly and knowledgeable. Also the genetic counselor I spoke to over Zoom was good."
