"While I am writing this review, I am still waiting on the line to get my medical records transferred and future appointment cancelled. I called several times and held on line for more than an hour. The first visit, Dr Hou did not show up and I waited more than 1.5 hours get checked. This is the place I never want to come back. The experience is horrible to reach to their line and get appointment done."

"I would not recommend trusting this poorly-run place with your physical or mental health. To this date 2 months after checkup I have not directly received my annual lab work. My own primary physician had to demand it from Dr. Huiying Hou and found abnormalities that I could’ve started treating long ago. I suffered multiple harrowing symptoms due to the lack of attention and professionalism from this clinic. It was a traumatic and upsetting experience to say the least. She apologizes for double-booking patients and the long wait time but it continues to happen. The front desk will tell you you’re in network when you’re not. I urge you not to pick this care. Their utter lack of empathy, awful patient treatment, and failure to take action based on every one star review says it all."

"She is really good when it comes to visit but only problem is contacting the office to speak to doctor. I recently had a procedure in another hospital referred by the doctor and the surgeon had to get in touch with doctor in between the procedure due to some problem in the process. They tried multiple times from the OT and nobody received from office. These are one of the cases where we really wanted to rely on doctor's response and it's really worrisome to know nobody received the call. Luckily it wasn't a major issue. Keep thinking what if it was. I always complaint about the office regarding call directly going to voice mail most of the time and sometimes wait for 15 to 20 min to connect to the front desk to book an appointment, get the prescription faxed to hospital or clarify medication details. I wanted to stick on to Dr. Hou because she is really good at what she does during visits, Just can't rely on getting in touch when needed. Waiting hours are usually 1 to 1.5 hours even after appointment. I guess the management is really really bad although doctors are really good."

"The physician had her receptionist call to tell me my results were “ok” when I was unable to go in for test results ordered as part of my annual visit. Physician will not waste a minute of her time if unable to bill for it. Front desk is overwhelmed, unable to get through by phone, lack attention to detail (checked me in under the wrong name with the wrong doctor). From physician to front end, lacks empathy, caring and organization."

"Dr Hou she is very great, kind, soft spoken doctor. She is very caring to her patients. I have a good experience of dr hou.i am from India and I was new of this place and I was very scared about my pregnancy but when I met with Dr Hou my all tension gone she is very caring."
