DO NOT HAVE THIS OFFICE PREPARE YOUR TAXES. They take no responsibility for the accuracy of their work. Their preparer made an error that cost me thousands of dollars. They didn't refund the preparation fee, they didn't refund the penalty fee, they didn't pay for their error! This is the WORST tax office I've ever had my taxes done with. The fact that Block taxes NO RESPONSIBILITY for any of the money that i had to pay for their errors is a crime! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. This goes beyond the Suffern office as the matter was determined by their corporate office. What a bunch of incompetent thieves. USE ANY SERVICE BUT H&R BLOCK!!!

I’m only giving this a 5 star review because of Pramila G. She is a super star. She is extremely friendly, professional & good at what she does. I had to make sure the rest of my family all went to Pramila to get the same wonderful experience I’ve received two years in a row!
I did have a horrible experience with Barbara Hibbard. She is sneaky, rude and entitled. She actually argued on the floor in front of my mom and brother about who got their business. I wouldn’t ever recommend Barbara to anyone, ever.

This place is garbage. Had an appointment, I go in and they tell me it’ll be another 90 minutes can I come back. That’s something I may have considered prior to arriving but not now. So then they want to squeeze me in or take my documents and I can pick them up later. I remember a day when businesses appreciated and EARNED your business rather than blow you off and treat you poorly. Don’t worry I’ll be sure to not use your business or company and will share my experience with others like this. TurboTax time or will go to another reputable business. Poorly managed and operated.
