"Unfortunately, after years of coming here because my mom came here, I'm going to be finding a new doctor. I had an issue that was pressing, and they had scheduled an appointment with me and told me to call Monday if anything changed. Apparently, they meant call Monday to actually schedule the appointment. It's difficult for me to understand the reasoning behind calling to confirm a scheduled appointment? I've rescheduled other meetings around this, and have honestly been at my wit's end with this OBGYN for a while, whether it's because of these issues, the long wait times, or the general lack in serious comprehension of the scheduling office. I guess this was the tipping point. Save yourself a headache, and find another OBGYN to go to."

"When the nurse says, "The doctor will be right with you," she actually means, "The doctor will be with you in a minimum of 45 minutes." I started going here when I was 18 because it's where my mom went. Every time I've gone it's been like this or worse (they were once running over two hours and 45 minutes behind). They are disorganized and have no respect for their patients' time. After giving them the benefit of the doubt five times, I will be finding a new GYN."

"My experience with this clinic has been absolutely horrific. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and uninformative. on April 26th I went for a yearly and to get set up to get an IUD inserted. I have followed up with the clinic on 5 different occasions over the last 7 weeks and they continue to tell me that my "paperwork is being faxed," giving me no information. I got so fed up waiting for them that I made an appointment with Summit Medical Group. SMG followed up 4 days after my appointment, informing me that everything had gone through with my insurance and to schedule me in for the procedure. I recommend all women receive care at a different clinic and stay as far away from the Center for Women's Care as possible, as they are a disgrace to the medical community."

"I had to leave this practice because they were so awful. I waited weeks for results to a test and only got the results because I called for them. I had scheduled an appointment and they called to cancel and when I tried to reschedule they were not in the office on certain days and their hours were inconvenient to working women. The women who work at the front desk are rude and make check in very uncomforatable."
