They overcharge for doing your taxes for no reason. Despite you being a customer for so many years, they keep increasing their prices on you. They will charge for any document you request even if it’s just an email. They ruined my taxes because of their lack of communication, especially Mercedez, do NOT use her as your tax expert. She is the worst person ever to contact in this place. If you don’t want to have a bad experience, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Run Run Run!! Go somewhere else. Take your business somewhere else!!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You're better off letting TurboTax do your taxes for you than be scammed by them. They charge you an unexplainable amount to do your taxes and dont even have a valid reason to back it up. Definitely ripping vulnerable people off. It can cost you somewhere between 600 to even 1k just to get taxes done."
