Kick Box - Cherry Hill

"I’m forced to write a review per contract. I did the 6 week challenge which cost $600 (you’ll get your money back if you lose 20 lbs or 6% body fat in 6 weeks which is nearly impossible and extremely unhealthy especially for a petite girl which I later found out). Due to finding out I was pregnant, I had to back out after 1.5 weeks and was only refunded half of my money back because I was provided a “meal plan sheet” which was basically telling you to eat 1 cup of protein, 1 cup of leafy greens and 1/2 cup of carbs per meal plus 2 protein shakes a day. Basically a 1000 calorie meal plan"

"Great place to exercise without feeling oogled at or looked down on. Staffed is very supportive and friendly. Classes are always different so they don't get repetitive. Various options for classes to fit any schedule. As a result of going I feel better about myself, am eating healthier, and even improved my posture."

"This place is incredible- the energy, the people, the workouts. I am a seasoned lifter and runner, but somewhere along the way I lost my motivation. The 6 week challenge was exactly what I needed to jump start me back into shape. The very last day, I was a bit off my goal but Anthony and Sasha encouraged me to not give up until the last second and I did it! Without everyone’s encouragement, I don’t know if I could have done it. That speaks wonders about their team. Lastly; the workouts are challenging and they aren’t something I would ever do on my own. It is worth every penny. I got my mindset, motivation, and body back thanks to 6 short weeks here. Don’t think- just do it."

"Ditch those gym membership and enjoy this place! Had my first kickboxing class tonight and it was amazing! The staff is amazing, they are so motivating and encouraging! This place is high energy and fun and it a total bony workout! The members are very welcoming and supportive too! The atmosphere is fun and positive! I love it here! Can’t wait for my next class!"

"I’m a plus size 29 year old woman that has not exercised since college due to getting bored at the gym, lack of motivation, and shame. 6 weeks ago I saw an ad for the 6 week challenge at Kick Box Cherry Hill and decided to throw myself into it and it was the most life changing process for me! In 6 weeks I not only fell in love with kickboxing and found healthy eating patterns that work for me but I was able to drop 27 lbs! I went from 371lbs to 344 at weigh out!
