"First I would like to start by saying they are very nice people. However I ended up returning to them last min when another place kept giving me the run around and it was close to the tax date. I didn't want to try to do my own taxes because I now had a business and did not want to make any unneccessary errors. So last resort I returned back to them. I will not be returning. They are very expensive . I was quoted $365 over the phone. Once my taxes was prepared I was charged in total over $500 what a rip off. Then I was told bank fees etc. I didn't dispute because as I said it was my last resort. I am now on the hunt for next year to find a reliable,affordable tax preparer but I won't be returning to this place."

"I chose this tax preparer because of the great reviews I read. My experience was not as great. Pros: Mr. Robinson and Mrs. Evelyn are polite folks. Mr. Robinson listened to my concerns and gave good advice. Cons: Tax services cost me $350. Expensive. There was lack of communication between Mr. Robinson and Mrs. Evelyn about my tax information. I gave the okay for them to submit my taxes on a Friday. I checked online the following Friday online and was not able to verify that my taxes were submitted. Called that Friday and spoke with Mrs. Evelyn about the status of my refund. Was told I would receive a call back in a few minutes. 2 hours went by, I called back and I'm informed that there was something wrong with the paperwork but that Mr. Robinson had contacted the IRS and it was corrected. I asked when was my taxes submitted? And was informed 2 days prior. I asked why wasn't it sent on the Friday or Saturday when I paid for services. And was told because they don't submitted taxes on Mon or Tue. But my taxes was to be submitted on that Friday or Saturday. I informed Mrs. Evelyn that I wasn't understanding way it was taking so long for my taxes to be sent and why there wasn't any info on if it was accepted, processed or anything. I've done my own taxes for the past 7 years and normally within. 5hrs and 24hrs is pushing it, there's a response from the IRS. I asked for Mr. Robinson to give me a call to further explain why there was an hold up on my taxes. Mr. Robinson called back and left a message that there was a problem with a lock and block or something like that with my taxes. But it was taken care of now. 3 hrs later I received a call from Mrs. Evelyn telling me that there was a problem with the name on my husband SSI #. And if I had the physical card? I informed her that, Yes I did but I never had a problem like this before. His name is the same as it is on the driver's license I supplied. At this point, I just told her that, this is crazy and taking way too long to do my taxes through them. I'm coming to pick my paper work back up tomorrow. Mrs. Evelyn stated, Okay, but I'm going to be charged a $75 fee. Lol. I didn't care at that point, I just wanted my paper work back to do it myself. On Saturday my husband and I came in to the office to retrieve documents and the rest of my refunded. Mr. Robinson now informs me that my taxes had gotten rejected. I said ok. He handed me the papers back and I inquire about my refund. I'm informed Ms. Evelyn had it with her and would be there shortly. I was confused because we discussed that I would be in that morning. Check and paperwork should have been together awaiting my arrival. I also was confused as to why I was receiving a check, vs the cash that I had paid. But no, I had to come back to pick it up because had other errands to run. Upon returning, Mrs. Evelyn hands me a check. I inform her that my unemployment paperwork was not in my returned paperwork. She asks Mr. Robinson about my paperwork and the other lady that works there with them, rudely snaps that all my paperwork was given to me. Everything was in there! I state that it was not and I'm not about to argue with anyone. Mrs. Evelyn double checked and indeed it was not given to me. There was no apology from Ms. Nosey for being WRONG. I didn't have any interactions with that other female worker so I was very confused at her disrespectful interjection. I thanked Mrs. Robinson for finding the paperwork. That other lady needs some training on how to 1st mind her business and 2ndly learn how to talk to people. To summarize: Lack of communication between one another, giving out multiple different explanations on tax statue, not processing taxes in a timely manner having a staff member that's rude and there services is expensive. $75 fee charged if you want your paperwork back. NOTE: TOOK MY TAXES HOME AND DID THEM MYSELF ON TURBOTAX. TOOK ME 2 HOURS TO PROCESS AND WAS ACCEPTED BY THE IRS FOR BOTH THE STATE AND FEDERAL 30 MINUTES AFTER PROCESSING IT. FOR HALF THE COST."

"I highly recommend Mr.Clinton and his wonderful staff. I've been doing my taxes with them for about 6 years now and I've never ever had an issue. The customer service is amazing and the staff if extremely helpful and helping you with whatever questions and/or concerns."
