"This location completely ripped off a young family member of mine. Told her she couldn't receive a paper check and had to pay $50 for a special credit/debit card. Acted like he did her a favor finding a tax credit we could have easily done ourselves. She was charged all-in-all almost $200 for something she could have done at HOME for FREE. The only reason she went here was for the rapid refund, which she ultimately wasn't eligible for anyway. Beware!"
