"I joined here a few weeks ago and due to personal events had to cancel my membership. When I signed up, they asked me only basic information and my credit card information. I was so excited my first class I didn’t think there was anything to worry about. WARNING- their billing company who handles all the memberships only allows you to cancel a membership if you a) are sick and have a doctor write you an excuse (if you look on BBB for member solutions, they don’t even cancel for that) or b) relocating more than 25 miles away WITH 2 forms of proof. IF YOU DONT MEET EITHER, YOU WILL BE BILLED $1100 to pay out your contact to cancel or they will continue to charge your card every month, even if you don’t use the membership. I’ve sent multiple emails to primal about how I was never told this when signing up about the cancellation policy, with no response back. I’m very disappointed in this place, everyone was so nice until this happened. Before you sign up, make sure you ask about the contract details. I’m hoping to save someone else from having this happen. Times are hard and this company just wants your money."

"I joined the Washington Township (Sewell) location a month ago and I will tell you that it has been the best decision I have made as a personal investment for my health. Joelle at the Sewell location gives each person his attention, making sure to correct your posture and watching how you perform each exercise. He is incredibly patient and keeps you motivated, I honestly feel like the experience feels like having a personal trainer as the class sizes are also limited. I like the 30 minute sessions as they are intense but still fast enough for my short attention span, I can stay for the next session at my discretion. Happy that they owned a location close to me with flexible times in the day and evening. And it feels so good for my mental health to hit that bag, looking forward to it."
