"My son is 11 years old and was looking to get into a martial art and I wanted to have him try boxing. There are a few boxing gyms on the Island but I really wanted him to have an experience that was more true to the art and not just a fitness type of workout. I found Rustam’s Boxing Club and decided we give it a try and my son and I are really glad to have found this place. His trainer, Olan, is just fantastic with the kids, knowledgeable, and attentive at all times and showing him the correct way at all times. The place is clean and has a real close knit feel and beforehand I wasn’t sure my son would be so responsive to the training but he comes out loving it and looking forward to each session and I am impressed by the positivity and motivational manner of the trainer."

"Rustam's boxing is a great place to learn the sport of boxing and get a good cardio. Classes are intense and there is no sitting down or snoozing. You pay as you go and the boxing club is open 7 days a week and almost 365 days a year. Basic equipment you need to bring on your first day is boxing gloves, hand wraps, clean gym shoes and possibly a jumping rope."
