"My son was 4.5 years old when he first started. Very timid and shy at first but after couple of classes he showed eagerness and enthusiasm to join each class. Now he's 6 years old and red stripe belt. Master Sam and Master Instructor John has been very compassionate and patient with my child and he is on his journey to achieving his black belt. He is overcoming his challenges somedays where he complains "sparring is too difficult" and doesn't want to attend classes, but he is told life is all about taking up difficult challenges and becoming your best self! Belt tests every few months also increase his confidence level. Overall his self determination and willpower has also increased tremendously, highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Instructor John also works hard and makes the classes fun that my son would not want to miss a class.
