"I first started going to Next Level almost two years ago. I originally went to try my hand at Jiu Jitsu. Having never done Jiu Jitsu or any martial arts before, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. Those questions were quickly answered! Jason is an amazing and knowledge coach. He's created an amazing environment and has an awesome group of people to train with. He makes each class fun, while providing ample opportunity to apply the lessons you learn in real time. In addition to Jiu Jitsu, I also started doing strength and conditioning training with Jason. I can honestly say that without the work he's done with me I wouldn't be able to do my job comfortably. He's not only helped me improve a number of muscle system imbalances, but has also helped me reach some of the best fitness levels I've ever been in.
