"Bare bones gym at a bare bones price. Staff are super friendly, gym has a nice vibe. Men's room is pretty gross, though. If that doesn't bother you, it's a great place. Equipment is in good shape, though the walls aren't freshly painted, but it has everything most people need"

"Real gym for real lifters. Huge selection of weights even up to 150lbs, usually not crowded, chill staff, friendly people, and not overpriced."

"This gym is for serious lifters, and those who really care to stay in shape. Every machine imaginable, more weights than the heaviest lifters can lift, and never packed. Oh, and those that go here are polite and respectful. Sure, it’s not the most up to date gym, but they don’t look to take your money by locking you into a never-ending unforgivable contract, with sign up fees, and cancellation fees. If you need an upscale gym that hands out starched towels, with the latest equipment and brand new weights that are polished by a janitor in between each routine, and someone to sanitize your bench in between each set, then this gym is not for you. (Seems like some other reviews on here need that) Not there for a month? No problem tell Karen at the front desk and they won’t charge you. Pay if you use. Don’t pay if you don’t. Simple as that. My kinda place. If this sounds like you, and you can afford to pay 25 dollars a month, come on over. If not, then go throw your money out at Equinox or something."

"I love this place. It has throwback vibes to old school style gyms. The prices are unbeatable ($10/week), and the equipment is just what you need to get the job done. I feel so much more comfortable in this sort of place--where everyone there is working out to get stronger--than in more commercial-like settings, where it almost feels like social media or performative workouts."

"I visited this gym today for the first time. Just for reference, I am a 23 y/o female weightlifter. The gym is smaller than what I anticipated. The pictures on the website gave the pretense that it was big. It isn’t. I did a leg day at the gym. I was quite impressed with the amount of equipment they had just for legs. It looked like they also had a suitable amount of equipment for upper body day as well. There was an odor every where I walked in the gym. Unsure if it was the machines or if it was coming from somewhere else. I wasn’t able to tell. The lady at the front was pleasant. There’s a cardio room (which I didn’t use) and another room to do core and freestyle exercises you can’t do in the space where the machines are. If this space was completely renovated and updated, this gym could really go places especially for a price like $25/month. Definitely not my cup of tea though."
