"Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve used. The prescriptions were never filled when I was told they’d be filled via text, staff is rude (especially the frazzled younger woman at the register), the phone is never answered- they leave it ringing. I once waited in line and watched every single person be told their prescription was not ready and wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I get were in a pandemic but new people need to be hired for this location. Absolutely unbelievable"

"For the last three prescriptions I placed over the phone and online for pickup, none of them were filled at the time I was told they would be ready. I feel like their policy has changed and they don't actually start to fill your prescription until you go in and pick it up. Then you are told you have to have 15 minutes while they fill it. Even when it's not busy this seems to happen. It's a very disappointing experience."

"The team behind the Pharmacy at CVS has been taking care of my family for years. We have needed to frequent the Pharmacy over the past few years due to an ongoing illness in the family. During this time Darlene and her team have been nothing but accommodating, pleasant, and beyond helpful with any and all issues we have had with prescriptions / doctors / insurance. "I have never had as many troubles filling my medications at any other CVS. The former pharmacist was incredibly rude and brushed off my concerns. (My prescription expired and I told her to tell the doctor's office that it expired because of the date but I still had refills. She put in a general request for refills, which they denied because I had refills, then turned back to tell me that I had refills. ???) The assistants are generally helpful, but I've been waiting for a prescription they said would be ready last week, and now they're saying next week. If you rely on medication to get through the day, please go to another pharmacy where they will give you what is prescribed."
