"Excellent school. Have been attending with my son for over a year now. We go to a mix of classes, BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing. The staff and teachers are very instructive but not too formal. Expect to work but feel great after. Everyone there is trying to learn and the advanced students are very helpful to the novices. I have not encountered any "belt ego" in my time there. It's been great for my son and I. Cannot recommend Matt's school enough."
