"Absolutely horrible customer service. Every time you visit the pharmacy it's like first time they have ever met you. Takes several days to refill a script. Long lines and mass confusion."

"Horrible, not only not customer service but if you are dealing with the pharmacy, they will be the worst. A Pharmacists who just don't let you speak and if you are lucky to start talking then he will overtalk saying "NO" and everything even what he have not heard from you , will be "NO". I am looking for a nice pharmacy."

"Yet again, Walgreens fails. I must admit, the pharmacist was polite. That nicety aside, Walgreens seems to look for new and creative ways to complicate any prescription process. I have encountered issues that I have not with CVS or a local pharmacy. I will not buy so much as a bottle of water from this incompetent company, a corporeal legal entity whose avoidance of insolvency is stunning."

"I have never had a worse experience at a pharmacy than I have here. I have been argued with and ignored and left without answers multiple times. When I finally got fed up and attempted to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy I was questioned on that as well and finally needed my doctors to call in new scripts for everything. Most of the staff is friendly and as helpful as they're allowed to be, but the pharmacist is a nightmare to deal with."

"I’ve been in here a few times now and have had some bad interactions with some of the staff; most recently the pharmacy. To be fair, there was one gentleman who took the time to help me out initially, but it seemed that the other individuals were more concerned with their break than helping me resolve an issue (that was on the end). Essentially I needed Covid tests immediately (which were covered by my health plan) and they told me to come back after their break when they already put through one of my orders and wouldn’t complete a second one. Talk about caring for the customer huh?"
