"Been using this service since Janauary to refill my prescriptions. everyone is friendly and good, and all went well. However, more recently: Went here on monday (7/11/2022) to pick up my prescription that was ready on saturday. Got there was greeted, and picked up my prescription. They only charged $1.00. I found out why: without asking me, they somehow got ahold of my medicaid insurance, and used it as a coinsurance. Not only that but it was a big mistake to use that insurance because i don't use the PCP listed on the card. i called them and explained the situation, and i went the following day to fix it. Because they fixed this, i am giving them 4 stars. However, the pharmist who fixed it (Jhisha), did apologize but it did come off so rudely. i appreciate that they want me to save money but however, they asked about everything else and call about everything else: but didn't notify me about that? Anyways, may continue using this location because it is easier but can use the other cvs if another mistake happens again."
