"Their service has drastically plummeted. We used them for years and were pleased, however the most recent experience of even having them to not honor a time for an appointment was a major disappointment. Over a three day period, after saying they will be out to evaluate the problem at the end of the day , they never came nor called. The second day they came but claimed they they were not told of the problem, so were unprepared to do the job. The third day they promised that we would be their first stop, by they never showed up , despite telling us that “they were on the way” when called on an hourly basis. The recent experience has been a major disappointment and waste of time. In the future I will use a more professional company."

"My hot water heater was not working and it was leaking. I called Aquarius plumbing they sent someone out within a couple hours. The plumber diagnosed the problem, picked up a new hot water heater, and installed it. The plumber took the old hot water heater away and cleaned everything up when he was finished. The price was very reasonable."

"Sloppy work, required a second visit after the initial work was done to fix a leak. They seem more interested in doing a job quick job and getting paid than doing a job right the first time. The tech thought it was funny that he made such a mess of the work area and left the old materials behind for me to dispose of instead of hauling them away as part of the cleanup. And don't expect a quick reply to their 24 hour emergency number, it took 18 hours to get a call back and that was after "they noticed" I called the day before"
