"What was cleaned was cleaned really well! But out of their 49 point checklist, quite a few things were skipped. They did try to make it right, but I still wouldn’t use them again or recommend them. I don’t really want a discount or apology… I wanted my house cleaned. For 3.5 hours, I could’ve cleaned more than was done. The kitchen table wasn’t cleaned, shelves in my office weren’t dusted, intake vent wasn’t vacuumed or wiped, chrome fixtures in bathroom weren’t cleaned, couches weren’t vacuumed. For what I paid, I was disappointed. They were receptive to my feedback and offered a discount, like I said. But that doesn’t clean the things that weren’t done."

Nijdee came as a trainee, he was learning, and probably he will be a pro in the future, but that was not much of a help.. some details were missed because of it. I am finishing the work myself."
