"I cannot imagine what kind of business they do but judging from my experience with the phone call I just had with a Mr. Ehnert, I was not impressed. I requested to speak to an agent and was informed that was not the correct location for that particular agent despite what is on my paperwork. When I asked for an alternate phone number I was told, "I can't get you a number now because I have someone on another line and I can't lose this call" Seriously?! If this is the way you treat someone who's never called your business before then I'm guessing customers aren't treated any better."
