He was able to come to my home within 2 hours to give me an estimate and he was able to schedule my appointment within 2 days since I had mentioned that cleaning the carpets was time-sensitive. The day of my appointment Eddie showed up in the first 15 minutes of my 2-hour window. He and his partner were polite and very efficient. When the job was finished Eddie took me on a walk-through to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. And it was not an easy job, due to the multiple pets in my household.
