"I have been going to this cleaner for years. Service is friendly and excellent. However recently, several of my MaxMara coats were shrunken so much that they were misshapen and the outer material is 2 inches shorter than the lining. I was really sad because these coats costed thousands. One of my St. John cardigan also came back with lots of pulls, as if it had been in the machine with Velcro. I hope they either retrain the workers or fix the machine issue."
