"They ruined my Airbnb rating. I hired them since I wanted to support local's business. I was so disappointed at the quality of service. $200 for cleaning my 2 beds/2 baths apartment. Eric and his team didn't even bother to check on the trash and empty them. He told me that they did but my husband sent me photos and they didn't. My airbnb guests complained on the first night that the place was filthy and there were hair. Even after receiving the photo as proof Eric still replied "When we checked there was no hair". Ok, so did I sprinkled the hair on the sheet after he finished? I told them I have a five star airbnb and the cleaning must be 5 stars but they didn't listen. We received a nasty review from the guests. We have never had such a nasty review like this before. Eric ruined my rating. When confronted him he told me "You will still get bookings. Why are you worried?" His communication is completely unprofessional. He told that's how he talks cause he's raised in the original Brooklyn. He was completely oblivious to his unprofessional communication, his attitude and his lacked of attention to details."

"Moved into an apartment covered in cat hair. Rapid maid (thank you Eric and team!)were very thorough, deep cleaned the entire 2 br apartment in 4 hours. Really great responsive communication, followed all of our instructions, and added nice touches like clearing the bottom of a bookcase to make room for shoes :)"

You can tell Erick cares deeply about his business and his clients, and Anna is apparently a wizard, because my apartment has never looked and stayed so clean for so long until she came along! "Phenomenal job thanks so much! Erick and his team came to my apartment for a deep cleaning. I have a 5year old with lots of toys and makes a mess on the regular so was in need of their service. The deep clean was great they got every inch of the house, the inside cabinets, the fridge, the stove, the walls, the windows, they moved my furniture to clean underneath, and they even did my laundry and changed my bed sheets. Now I have them come in for a regular weekly service. Definitely recommend!!"
